We collect only what members choose to share: messages, symptom updates, documents, and relevant changes in their health or instructions. If members choose to connect wearables or labs in the future, those signals can be included as well.
Can CareCrowd access my medical records?
The platform is designed around minimal data retention. Only the information needed to guide your care is kept temporarily, and sensitive data is deleted after a set period. Every action is tracked through a consent log, and data is encrypted end-to-end.
