Nnamdi Nwoke is a seasoned technology operator and go-to-market executive with nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling platforms across public fintech, public CCaaS, private healthtech, and global public ERP environments. His career has been defined by turning complex products into durable growth engines at scale.
He has led global go-to-market initiatives, built enterprise marketing and revenue operations, and helped scale businesses beyond $100M in ARR, including supporting a successful IPO. Nnamdi has served as Chief Marketing Officer of a venture-backed supply-chain startup and held senior leadership roles with global scope, operating across North America and international markets.
As Co-Founder of CareCrowd, Nnamdi brings category-building discipline, fundraising readiness, and execution rigor to the creation of a physician-led Advocacy Operating System. He is focused on scaling CareCrowd into a high-growth healthcare technology platform, guided by a leadership philosophy rooted in empathy, enthusiasm, and excellence.
Dr. Mary Nwoke is a board-certified internal medicine physician and physician executive with deep experience building, operating, and scaling care delivery models beyond the clinic. She has led hospital medicine programs and worked at the forefront of care delivery innovation, with a career grounded in understanding where and why healthcare breaks down after the visit.
In 2019, Dr. Nwoke co-founded and successfully exited HomeCare Medicine of Atlanta, a mobile integrated primary care practice. Under her clinical leadership, the company partnered with 40+ senior living communities and delivered 30,000+ home-based encounters, giving her firsthand exposure to the Presence Gap and its consequences at scale.
As Co-Founder of CareCrowd, Dr. Nwoke brings rare credibility as both a frontline physician and repeat healthcare entrepreneur. Her work has consistently translated lived clinical realities into scalable systems—positioning her to lead the creation of a new category in physician-led advocacy and help build CareCrowd into a category-defining healthcare technology platform.
