Atlanta, GA, February 18, 2026 — Today, CareCrowd, the Presence Company, announced a partnership with Rare Patient Voice to provide Rare Patient Voice members early access to CareCrowd’s physician-led advocacy.
The partnership enables interested members to participate in a limited pilot designed to explore whether structured physician presence between visits is meaningfully helpful in navigating complex medical situations.
CareCrowd provides access to licensed physicians serving in an advocacy role. These physician advocates do not replace treating clinicians and do not provide medical treatment or clinical decision-making. Instead, they focus on helping individuals and families make sense of complex information, prepare for important healthcare conversations, and clarify next steps during moments of uncertainty.
Rare Patient Voice members include patients and caregivers navigating some of the most complex healthcare situations. Their participation will provide CareCrowd with direct feedback from populations most affected by decision-making challenges between visits. Insights will inform product development, advocacy workflows, communication clarity, and identification of the patient populations most impacted by the Presence Gap. Understanding where the model does not meet expectations is considered equally valuable.
